About backyard ponds, can they be used to wade in, or use chlorine in?
The polyurethane kind can they be used like a mini-pool.

If you’re a germophobe, know that frogs or turtles in the pond (and birds flying overhead) will add excrement to the water over time, and summer temperatures will help bacteria to ferment. Mind you, not all bacteria is bad – yogurt and beer are just a couple of food items that require the little varmints. Lastly, consider adding a goldfish or two to the pond to keep mosquito larvae in check.
