
Batteries for Solar Patio lights,What does mAh mean?
The batteries that came with the lights are, AA 1.2v 600mAh. I see that some batteries have 1200,1000, or 750mAh. Are they interchangeable ?
They are NiCad rechargeable.

Use like batteries for best results. Higher numbers last longer.

the light must require a battery that will produce at least 600 Milla Amps / Hour. you should be able to use the other rated batteries in the light. I have a HP digital camera that takes 2500mAh batteries and it wont run on a 2650mAh so its a gray area in my mind.
