How can I make a pond liner non-stick (to water)?
I am doing a building project and am using pond liner to create a waterproof barrier for wood. The problem is, water will be poured down this surface and I want it to drain, however water molecules just seem to stick to the pond liner. What can I do to make the surface entirely non-stick? I'm looking for an effect similar to water-droplets in a Teflon pan.

try coating it with silicon spray commonly known as dashboard shine in UK providing there are no fish etc going in water
