Scarsdale Italian Restaurant Warms Up New Fall/Winter Menu

Westchester, N.Y. (PRWEB) November 04, 2011
With the cooler temperature comes the warmth and spice of new fall/winter flavors at Massa, a sophisticated, classic-Italian restaurant in the Five Corners neighborhood of Scarsdale, N.Y.
Choosing from a wide variety of delicious seasonal dishes and drinks, patrons can come in from the cold to sip perfect pumpkin martinis as they savor delectable osso buco, brilliantly braised artichoke and mouth-watering mussels and bread pudding.
Among the antique wood accents and ambient lighting of the restaurants renovated farmhouse setting, the exquisite fall flavors transport diners to the old-world authenticity of Puglia, Italy. That region has been the culinary inspiration and former home of Pasquale Coli and his son, Francesco, who co-own Massa’.
With the change in seasons, we like to spice things up a bit, said Francesco, who, with his father, built a following at La Villetta in Larchmont, N.Y., which the family closed to move into a larger space. But we always take great pride in the way we craft delicious, authentic Italian cuisine.
In addition to serving feasts for the fall, Massa’ is serving its diverse, year-round favorites, including hand-crafted gourmet pasta, meat and seafood dishes. And its not hard to find the perfect pairing, given the restaurants comprehensive wine list more than 300 bottles, including 50 by the glass!
Massa’ is at 2 Weaver Street in Scarsdale, and can be reached at 914-472-4600. For more information, please visit http://www.massascarsdale.com, and follow Massa’ on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/MassaScarsdale) and Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/MassaScarsdale).
